This heat-seeking missile launcher is a bad boy. Crackdown is the only game on this list where you can jump 40 feet in the air and fire a rocket launcher and to top that off, the Watson HE99-X will take out a group of enemies (or pedestrians) in a flash. There is one other rocket launcher in Crackdown but it isn’t heat seeking so this is why the Watson HE99-X is so great. The funny thing is that the Watson HE99-X is described as heat seeking but you can just target an innocent by-stander and blow him up to a pulp. The main reason I bring this up is because Crackdown is the only game in this list where you are able to launch a rocket at a pedestrian and while that pedestrian is in the flying in the air you can continuously bomb the sh*t out of him or her, which will lead to that pedestrian being in the air for a long time. There is even an achievement for this:

The matter of fact is that in Crackdown you have the ability and freedom to run around and jump around while firing the Watson HE99-X causing massive destruction. And this is why the Watson HE99-X is on this list.
