MMO fans waiting to get their Age of Conan fix on the Xbox 360 may have been a bit discouraged by the lack of updates, many even presuming the port dead. Fortunately, Craig Morrison, Age of Conan game director confirms the game is still in development for the Xbox 360.
“There's a small team working on getting the technology working on the Xbox platform. I think it’s safe to say that the technical challenges in this area have turned out to be greater than we originally envisioned, so there isn’t any update there at the moment, but it is still being worked on. “
A MMO that works really well on a console has the potential to profit greatly, the PC version of Age of Conan is outstanding, an Xbox 360 port is much welcomed and definitely a day 1 buy for many of us.
