If you missed your chance at getting into the Xbox 360 preview program Microsoft has some good news for you. The new dashboard update will be released November 17, 2009 to all Xbox Live users. An offline update should be available shortly after with disc based updates following at a later date.

The update will bring with it Facebook, Twitter, Last.fm and Zune video support, the latter allowing you to stream 1080p content and view both TV shows and movies, a first for Xbox Live outside of the United States.
